It's been very cold outside, a "Polar Vortex" the news says.  No school so we went to "Pump it UP".

Tale of Two Cats and some worms

(as told by Ally to Nana)

One day two cats were out playing in the sun.

Some worms came and ate their cat food.

A little spider was making a web.

A big rain storm came and washed everything out!!!

Then the sun came out and dried up all the rain

(Umm….sounds familiar )

and the spider went back to work.

October, November and December 2013

The end of 2013 is fast approaching.  The learning is going on as usual.  Ally is learning to drive…...

and she knows what a "bad driver" is called!!!!

Peyton is learning to be patient…..

and they are both finding out if you put a cricket in a jar…...

it will probably die.

  But we are still on a 'catch and release' program and the cricket was allowed to return to nature.
