April, May and June 2012

The spring went quick and the kids are growing so fast. Peyton and Ally have been a big help with their cousin, baby Brayden. We've had some visitors that helped out too. We've done a lot of painting (mostly on body parts), playing super hero and of course, being cute. We baked cookies for mother's day.....                                           and recently we packed our lunch and had a picnic outside.

January thru March 2012

The snow was almost nonexistent this year so we even got to play in the sandbox in January. Peyton wanted to get out the pool....yes this is January in Minnesota 2012!!!!! The play in the house has been a little more organized especially the games with the Potato Heads..... Peyton has a new hair do he calls "Sonic" and Ally's hair is really getting long.                                          Baby Braydon has come on the scene and......                                                       everyone wants to get in on the act!! Ally dancing and singing to Brayden!!! The new Wii activity called 'Just Dance Kids 2' is tons of fun.... I CAN'T EXPLAIN THIS!!!!! We've been practicing finger painting but mostly getting hand and face painting.                                                  Now if this doesn't make you smile........                                                   I don't know what will!!!!! August thru December

                                Ally can sleep anywhere.
Peyton is tutoring her on the iphone..... Looks like she's got it. SEPTEMBER we made our own finger paints and made beautiful art... And a few astronauts came by!!!!                                                 OCTOBER brought the leaf game.......                                                  and a romp in the sand box with our mittens. In NOVEMBER Ally is learning her alphabet (well.... it's a start). Peyton is trying out a new way to not take a nap..... .......and 'Pirates' (aren't they the cutest?) and 'Don't eat the play dough' were the games we played.
                                                   Finally in DECEMBER, we met Mr Elf.......                                      played with cousin Brayden who was here for two weeks...                                                  ....and discovered he liked his head scratched!!! Summer Time

 We made a makeshift water slide that was fun. So was hide and seek.
